In our practice, we have a Health at every size approach to treatment. On top of traditional psychotherapy modalities, we have a heavy focus on sleep, nutrition and movement. We have a belief that there are physiological ailments on the body that could exacerbate mental health and vice versa. We work very closely with our clients medical providers and our own team to assess for nutrients and mineral deficiencies when needed that could be exacerbating mental health problems.
